Born and raised in Newport News, Al is the local expert on Hampton Roads. Licensed since 1971, his vast real estate knowledge and experiences are unparalleled. He freely shares his knowledge with our agents. Al serves as the company by continuing to guide agents with his steady, direct and thoughtful perspective.
Brooke Wynings
Principal Broker
Coaching and developing agents and businesses is Brooke’s passion. Since joining the company in 2009, she has implemented several agent-centric initiatives to strengthen and define the culture of the company. She sets the tone of the company culture and leads with a hands-on, by-example leadership style.
Brant Abbitt
Managing Broker
An award-winning Associate Broker, Brant has been with the company since 2001. He operates his own thriving sales business and manages over 100 rentals. Brant serves the company by overseeing the agent transactions and agent-property managers, conducting regular education sessions relevant to sales and property management growth.
Janine Weaver
Manager - Sales
Licensed since 1986, Janine brings experience and mentorship to the company. She serves as the mentor guiding new licensees into the business with her no-nonsense, take-charge style. In addition, she supports the company operations through agent advisement on contracts and best practices, as well as conducting regular trainings.
